Our Centres

 

The Hear and Say Centre currently has six centres in Queensland – Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, North Queensland (Cairns and Townsville) and Darling Downs.

 

Brisbane

Our flagship centre and headquarters. Situated in a refurbished church it is home to a wide range of professionals including auditory-verbal therapists, audiologists, social workers and administrative staff.

 

Sunshine Coast

The Hear and Say Centre Sunshine Coast is located in Nambour. The $500,000 centre opened in early May 2004, an achievement possible only through the outstanding support of the Sunshine Coast community.

 

The Centre’s development was driven by the team at Nambour Rotary Club, who generously donated the land and sourced other supporters. The building’s construction can be attributed to the outstanding contribution by local developer Harry Reed and the Reed Property Group Charity Foundation, as well as numerous local businesses, community groups, members of government and individuals.

 

Having a Centre based in Nambour means that Sunshine Coast based families will no longer have to make the four hour round trip to Brisbane for their weekly therapy sessions.

Gold Coast

The Gold Coast program supports families in the regions of Logan, Gold Coast and northern New South Wales.

 

Located at Varsity Lakes, the centre was built through support of the community including local Rotary and Quota clubs and Matrix Builders.
