The following is the usual procedure which is followed from the time a family contacts the Hear and Say Centre:
Families transferring from another program
A family requesting a transfer from another program is required to produce a transfer letter from the program they have departed. Should this not be forthcoming, the Clinical Director will contact the previous centre and request such documentation.
