- Family to contact Hear and Say to advise if a place for their child is required
- Phone contact from Hear and Say with an Offer/Waiting List or Non-Acceptance (as appropriate and based on circumstances)
- Parent applications for Admission and Permissions are issued. Please note: enrolment in the program is subject to receipt of all necessary documentation
- And appointment is scheduled for the first Auditory-Verbal Therapy session. Medical Referral must be provided prior to or at this first session
Families transferring from another program
A family requesting a transfer from another program is required to produce a transfer letter from the program they have departed. Should this not be forthcoming, the Clinical Director will contact the previous centre and request such documentation.
